BioI was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. I have an MA in Fiction Writing from Johns Hopkins and a BA in Film, Mythology, and Japanese from UMD College Park.
I started out as an Editorial Assistant at a medical text publishing house in Baltimore and then spent almost three years as a Novels Editor at TOKYOPOP, Inc. in LA. Currently, I'm a Game Designer and Editor at Icarus Studios in North Carolina.
At the moment, I'm shopping my experimental novella to various literary agencies and revising my first historical fiction novel and screenplay.
I’ve also written over 50 works of fan fiction (many of which have been translated into Japanese, Chinese, Korean, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Dutch, German, Polish, and Thai). However, I keep my fandom exercises separate from my professional endeavors. This journal focuses solely on my original writing efforts and publishing career.
